InspireME’s 10th Annual 5k Turkey Trot
Thanksgiving Day Event
Inspires a Healthy Start to the Holiday
Bath, Maine—On Thanksgiving, Thursday, November 28, 2013, InspireME Personal Fitness and Wellness will host its 10th Annual Turkey Trot. This annual 3-mile event attracts many local community members and raises money for the BATH AREA FOOD BANK and the WOUNDED WARRIOR PROJECT.
Walkers and runners of all ages and abilities are encouraged to participate—it’s a fun, healthy and family-friendly way to start the holiday while helping community members who are challenged
What: 3-mile Fun walk/run through Bath
When: Nov. 28, 2013 Registration on the day of the trot from 7am-8:15am. Trot starts at 8:30am.
Where: Registration will take place at the InspireME Personal Fitness and Wellness located at 1 Front Street, Customs House, Bath, ME. The Trot will start from the corner of Centre and Front in front of Cafe Creme.
Race fee: Registration is a $20.00 donation (check or cash) and/or non-perishable food items for your child’s entry. This year the benefactors for this event are BATH AREA FOOD BANK and the WOUNDED WARRIOR PROJECT. Funds raised will help buy food for local people in need of a meal and to provide support for our brave men and women that serve in our military.

Parking: There are a few parking lots adjacent to the studio, and downtown street parking will be available due to the holiday.
This annual event is a gravy boat full of fun!!! Coffee, water, and snacks will be provided before and after the race.
Just bring along your holiday spirit, your charitable hearts and of course your sneakers! We hope you join us for this special start to the holiday season!
Yes you may bring your dog. We only ask that you have the dog on a leash. Please DON'T bring him or her into the building. Also consider his or her temperment for large crowds. We don't want to see your dog or anyone else get hurt.
