Small group training is a great way to defray the cost of a professional personal trainer. Training with a group of friends offers great motivation and an intimate support tool to keep you moving towards your personal fitness and health goals.

Inspired Pilates
Wednesdays 6:00pm-7:00pm
"Inspired" Pilates is a conditioning program based on the exercises and methods of Joseph H. Pilates. It is designed to improve muscle control, flexibility, coordination, strength and tone. Participants will become more aware of their bodies through carefully performed moves, designed to stretch and strengthen, open the joints and release tension, and focus on the deeper muscles of the abdomen.

Yoga
Tuesdays 5:30pm-6:30pm
This class has a focus on movement, breathing and meditation. The intention is to be able to marry breath and movement in a natural way, allowing each student to relax and deepen each stretch. Students are also encouraged to find energy and strength in the breath to help sustain them in many poses. The class also teaches the practice of acceptance and loving-kindness. Being able to accept your body exactly as it is can be very hard, but through the practice of yoga we start to deepen our relationship with ourselves, accepting exactly who we are in a loving way.

Powering Up
Thursdays 5:30pm-6:30pm
This energetic class is designed help you build strength, condition, and balance for the activities you perform every day. You will be placing your body in various positions and adding little stresses to create stimuli that requires your body to adapt to a new condition.
These positions simulate a healthy posture, alignment, balance, and conditioning that will support you throughout the day.
This class teaches good form and an understanding of the exercise as it works the muscle. Feel "empowered" by powering up your physical body!

Everyone is welcome at InspireME!
All levels of fitness are welcomed. With our small group class structure or group training, the instructors can modify or intensify an exercise based on individual needs.
Bring a friend and save!
Each session maybe shared with 2-4 friends, family, co-workers and/or new friends. (See rates at bottom of page.)
